You'll preview your pet before you pay — completely free. If it's not quite right, try another photo until it's unmistakably them.
Is it a one-time payment or a subscription?+
One payment, yours to keep. Never a subscription, never a recurring charge.
How long does it take?+
You'll see your pet's preview right away. Bringing them fully to life takes a little time and care — we'll email you the moment they're ready. Feel free to close the page and come back later; nothing is lost.
What if something isn't perfect?+
Just reach out, and we'll make it right. We'll keep working until your pet is everything it should be.
Can I change my pet later?+
Once your pet is brought to life, they stay as they are. If you'd like a different look, you can always create a new one.
How many pets can I make?+
